Don’t miss out on an evening at The Prado with Matt Meyer, Meyer Family Cellars founding son and winemaker. Meyer Family Cellars is a small, family-owned winery situated in the picturesque Yorkville Highlands of Mendocino County. They are known for their Mendocino County Syrah and California Port.
This incredible dinner is on Thursday, June 24th beginning at 6pm and features a champagne reception followed by a 4-course menu created by Executive Chef Jonathan Hale. Chef Hale boasts an international background having been born in India, raised in London, and finally finishing high school in New York. He then went on to the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York, where he graduated in 1991. He served as Executive Chef at the famed Pacific Café with Jean-Marie Josselin in Maui and Kauai and recently joined The Prado as Executive Chef earlier this year.
The exquisite menu begins with House-Smoked Maine Scallops and a light but flavorful Summer Salad, continues with savory Spiced Breast of Duck, Colorado Lamb Duo, Wild Mushroom Toast and a sumptuous specialty dessert – all accompanied by incredible wines from the Meyer Family Cellars. The cost for this winemaker event is $79.95 per person. Space is limited for this special dinner, so don’t wait to make your reservation.
